A new, state-of-the-art Dubai Police Academy is under construction in Al Ruwayyah 1, scheduled for completion in 2027 as part of a Dh2-billion strategic project. Spanning 155 hectares, the facility will accommodate 2,500 cadets with advanced, AI-driven training, a 1,000-person theatre, and residential areas for 1,200 candidates

- Collaborating in BIM Platform,Scope of the project include Structural/Arch/Landscape Modeling and GA drawings-LOD 350
- Academic buildings, sports facilities, police operations training field, and a 3.5 km cycling/running track.
- 3D Visualization & Spatial Coordination.
