Our involvement in the Dubai Police SPS – Hatta (Phase 3) project focused on delivering architectural BIM modeling services for the smart police station facility. The project required detailed architectural models that incorporated public service areas, smart facility components, and digital service infrastructure while supporting efficient coordination throughout the design process. BIM CONNECT developed coordinated architectural BIM models to LOD 300, assisting with spatial coordination, BIM documentation, and project visualization.
