Our involvement in the Fisherman’s Cove Project focused on delivering architectural and interior BIM modeling services throughout the design development stage. The project required coordinated architectural models together with detailed interior layouts to support design intent and multidisciplinary collaboration. BIM CONNECT developed coordinated BIM models to LOD 200–300, ensuring model accuracy, design consistency, and efficient coordination across the project team.
