Project Overview

Triple Bay Marina Resort 3 & Marina is part of the prestigious Marina Village development within The Red Sea destination in Saudi Arabia. Located on the western edge of the Marina Village, the project offers panoramic views of the Red Sea, the Marina Basin, surrounding mountains, and the Corallium Marine Life Institute. The landscape design combines native planting, sustainable environmental strategies, and modern hospitality spaces to create a seamless connection between the built environment and the surrounding natural setting. BIM CONNECT provided landscape BIM modeling support throughout the project.

BIM CONNECT's Role

Our involvement in the Triple Bay Marina Resort 3 & Marina project focused on delivering landscape BIM modeling services in support of the overall design and coordination process. The project required detailed landscape models integrating softscape, hardscape, and site elements with surrounding buildings and infrastructure. BIM CONNECT developed coordinated landscape BIM models while supporting design coordination, documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
