Project Overview

Dubai Emaar South 1833 is a residential development located within the rapidly growing Emaar South community in Dubai, UAE. Positioned near Expo City Dubai, the project forms part of Emaar’s master-planned urban development, offering contemporary residential units designed to promote sustainable living and strong connectivity to major destinations across the city. BIM CONNECT provided architectural BIM modeling support, contributing to the coordinated development of project models during the design phase.

BIM CONNECT's Role

Our involvement in the Dubai Emaar South 1833 project focused on delivering architectural BIM modeling services throughout the early design development stage. The project required the creation of coordinated architectural models that accurately reflected the design intent while supporting spatial planning and concept validation. BIM CONNECT developed architectural BIM models to LOD 300, assisting with design coordination, area validation, concept documentation, and presentation deliverables.
