Our BIM Managers lead project coordination, establish BIM workflows, manage Common Data Environments (CDE), and ensure compliance with project standards and client requirements.

Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) aligned with project objectives and client requirements.

Manage Common Data Environments (CDE), document control, version management, and information exchange.
Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist teams to improve collaboration and project delivery.
Review BIM models for compliance, coordination, accuracy, and project standards before submission.
Lead BIM teams, assign project tasks, monitor progress, and support project delivery milestones.
Prepare BIM reports, coordination updates, project dashboards, and stakeholder presentations.
Provide ongoing BIM management throughout design, construction, and handover phases.
