What We Manage
We author the project BEP from scratch, defining roles, responsibilities, LOD requirements, naming conventions, CDE workflows, and delivery milestones. Aligned with ISO 19650 Part 1 & 2 and your employer’s information requirements (EIR).
We manage the federated model by combining architectural, structural, MEP, civil, and landscape discipline models into a single coordinated environment. This allows efficient review, clash detection, and progress monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
