Project Overview

Ghaf Woods is a landmark sustainable residential community developed by Majid Al Futtaim in Dubai, UAE. Designed around a unique forest-living concept, the development integrates contemporary architecture with expansive green landscapes to promote wellness, sustainability, and modern urban living. The project comprises low-rise residential buildings offering a range of apartments and duplex units. BIM CONNECT provided architectural and structural BIM modeling support, contributing to coordinated model development and project delivery.

BIM CONNECT's Role

Our involvement in the Ghaf Woods project focused on delivering architectural and structural BIM modeling services throughout the design development phase. The project required detailed BIM models that aligned with the architectural vision, structural requirements, and project standards while maintaining effective coordination between disciplines. BIM CONNECT developed coordinated models to LOD 400, supporting model quality, multidisciplinary collaboration, and efficient BIM workflows across the project.
