Project Overview

BIM CONNECT provided architectural and structural BIM modeling services, supporting coordinated model development and multidisciplinary project delivery throughout the construction phase.

BIM CONNECT's Role

Our involvement in The Peninsula – Plot Z project focused on delivering architectural and structural BIM modeling services as part of the wider project team. The project required coordinated BIM models that aligned with the architectural design intent and structural engineering requirements while maintaining consistency across disciplines. BIM CONNECT developed coordinated BIM models to LOD 400, supporting model coordination, clash detection, documentation, and high-quality BIM deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
