Our Projects
City Tower One, on Sheikh Zayed Road, is a 93-story building with both residential and office spaces. It stands 362.8 meters tall and includes a basement, ground floor, 93 upper floors, totaling 695 units. The development also features an 9-story parking building with amenities, connected to the main tower by a bridge. The amen-ity deck offers a gym, indoor play area for kids, outdoor playground, pools for adults and children, a mini soccer field, and two paddle courts.

- Adherence to Dubai Municipality BIM standards for submission, requiring detailed 3D models.
- 93-story building standing 362.8 meters tall, featuring 608 luxury residential units (apartments), dedicated office floors, and ground-level retail.
