The Smart Command and Control Center at the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai is responsible for designing future readiness projects and harnessing future technologies to proactively facilitate travelers' experience in Dubai Airports. It aims to achieve digital readiness and smart digital management of travelers’ movement throughout Dubai Airports.

- This center is responsible for analyzing traveler movement using AI.
- BIM modeling for the interior fit-out and spatial coordination of the headquarters. Focused on specialized areas including administrative offices, ensuring models met Dubai Government.
- Development of a detailed model to support facility management (FM), operations, and maintenance after construction.
