Our Projects
The Ritz Carlton Residences’ scope is to construct 106 high quality residential Villas, Townhouses, Undercroft Car Parks, Kindergarten, Retail and Amenities along with all required infrastructure utilities and landscape external works. The approximate GFA of the project is 33,000 sqm. Located in the north of Diriyah near the Art District, these residences feature Najdi-inspired design, private pools, and access to a neighboring Ritz-Carlton hotel.
Scope of Work Scope of Work
- Development and update of Structural BIM models to Level of Development (LOD) 400 for both the hotel buildings and branded residences.
- Creation of BIM-based concrete dimension drawings, including structural design reviews, and coordination with other systems.
- Three distinct interior designs are available, ranging from traditional Najdi to modern contemporary.
